Terms of Service: Kwahu Investment Dialogue Event
By participating in The Kwahu Investment Dialogue event organized by Exodus to Africa, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Registration and Attendance:
- Registration is mandatory for all attendees.
- Attendees must be 18 years of age or older.
- Admission to the event is subject to capacity limitations.
2. Event Dates and Venue:
- The event will take place from December 17th to 21st, 2023.
- The venue for the event is the Rock City Hotel – Kwahu Event, Ghana.
3. Registration Fees:
- Attendees are responsible for covering their own registration fees, accommodation, transportation, and any additional personal expenses.
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
4. Event Itinerary:
- The event itinerary is subject to change without prior notice.
- Attendees are encouraged to participate in all scheduled activities.
5. Travel and Accommodation:
- Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from Kotoka International Airport / Accra.
- Accommodation arrangements should be made separately and well in advance.
- Exodus to Africa is not responsible for any travel or accommodation-related issues.
6. Health and Safety:
- Attendees are expected to adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by local authorities and event organizers.
- Attendees are responsible for their own health and travel insurance.
7. Code of Conduct:
- Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times during the event.
- Any disruptive behavior may result in expulsion from the event without a refund.
8. Photography and Media:
- By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes.
- Exodus to Africa reserves the right to use such media without further consent.
9. Cancellation Policy:
- Exodus to Africa reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event for any reason. In the event of cancellation, registration fees will be refunded in full.
- Attendees who wish to cancel their registration must do so in writing at least 30 days before the event for a partial refund.
10. Liability:
- Exodus to Africa and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising during the event.
- Attendees participate in the event at their own risk.
11. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ghana, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
12. Acceptance of Terms:
By registering for The Kwahu Investment Dialogue event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Please review these terms and conditions carefully before registering for the event. Exodus to Africa reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
