Registration is mandatory for all attendees. Admission to the event is subject to capacity limitations. The event is scheduled to take place from December 17th to 21st, 2023, at the Rock City Hotel in Kwahu Event, Ghana. Some packages may include accommodations and transportation, but it's essential to note that registration fees are non-refundable, and attendees are responsible for their own personal expenses. The event itinerary may change without prior notice, and attendees are encouraged to participate in all scheduled activities. Travel and accommodation arrangements are the responsibility of the attendees who purchased the Event Exclusive Package or Special Package, with Exodus to Africa not being liable for any related issues. Health and safety guidelines set by local authorities and event organizers must be followed, and attendees are responsible for their own health and travel insurance. A code of conduct is in place, requiring respectful and professional behavior throughout the event, with disruptive conduct potentially leading to expulsion without a refund. Attendees should be aware that they may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes while attending the event, with Exodus to Africa having the right to use such media without further consent. The organization reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event, and in the event of cancellation, registration fees will be fully refunded. Attendees wishing to cancel their registration must do so in writing at least 30 days prior to the event for a partial refund. Exodus to Africa and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience experienced during the event, and attendees participate at their own risk. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ghana, with any disputes to be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
